Lowest Price Guarantee
Shelters Store has the guaranteed lowest prices on our entire selection of products. If you should find a lower price from a legitimate competitor on an identical item we stock, we will not only meet that price we will beat it by 5%. Please call for additional details. Please make sure you are checking the total price of the exact same item plus shipping costs. There is no price matching after you have received your order. Engineered Truss buildings are excluded from this guarantee.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee/Return Policy
Standard sized buildings at Shelters Store are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. All orders returned are also subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all returns. Shelters Store must be notified within 30 days of product delivery in writing to receive a full refund. Item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. You must contact us to arrange ALL returns. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the item to the warehouse minus shipping costs.
No custom orders can be returned or refunded so please ask your sales associate if the item you are purchasing can be returned. Shelters manufactured in the 9oz brown, tan, white, or greenhouse clear material must be manufactured and cannot be returned. Additionally, all shelters manufactured in the 14.5oz or 21.5oz material are considered a custom order and cannot be returned.
Shipping And Ordering information
Shipping is calculated by weight and zip code. All claims for missing parts must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. All orders besides accessories are shipped motor freight due to the weight of product.
The carrier will call to schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you’ll have unloading help on hand. Your order may be delivered at least in part by truck due to the characteristics of what you have ordered. As the customer you are responsible for:
All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged to the customer’s original method of payment.
Delivery Times
If items are in stock they are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. Custom orders and shelters in our industrial material can take about 6-7 weeks to leave the warehouse. Custom orders include all shelters manufactured in our 14.5oz and 21.5oz material. For all larger structures, you must ask your sales associate or request via email a time frame for your order shipment. Once an order has left our warehouse we are not responsible for any delays.
Sales Tax & Currency
All orders shipped outside the states of Connecticut or Florida do not pay sales tax. All orders shipped in the states of Connecticut or Florida are subject to 6% sales tax. All pick up orders in the state of Connecticut are subject to 6% sales tax.

All manufacturer warranties are available upon request before any purchase. Warranty hard copies are provided with receipt your products.

Manufacturers are not responsible for the following: (1) Used products; (2) Any product that has been used, altered or modified in any way not approved; (3) Depreciation; (4) Damage caused by lack of reasonable and proper maintenance; failure to follow instructions, directions, drawings and renderings; improper installation, misuse, lack of proper protection during installation, use or storage; (5) Damage resulting from accident, falling objects; (6) Damage due to normal maintenance or lack thereof; (7) Exposure to harmful chemicals, fumes or other substances, foreign or natural in the atmosphere; (8) Acts of God, which includes but is not limited to wind damage, excessive snow-load, flood, hail, fire: or (9) Unforeseen causes or circumstances, such as but not limited to adding load to the structure, or external forces
In addition, there is NO guarantee of snow-load or wind-load, unless stamped engineered drawings have been provided for your shelter or building. Only engineered truss buildings have these available at an additional cost.
